Information, organized.
The landscape display groups P1, P2, differential pressure and wash status so key information is easy to find.
F6 · Next-generation backwash controller
Pressure, wash sequencing and local operation,
organized in one clear control panel.
Building on the original sequential-washing logic,
with a new enclosure and planned connectivity for filtration systems.

01 / Designed for the site
A warm-white enclosure with restrained orange accents.
Display, controls and wiring each have their place.
The landscape display groups P1, P2, differential pressure and wash status so key information is easy to find.
Back, −, +, OK and Settings retain a familiar five-key layout, with gloved operation as a design goal.
Controls and wiring occupy separate compartments. Bottom cable exits leave room for installation, servicing and labels.
02 / Follow every step
Open, backwash, close, pause, then move to the next channel.
Progress and a countdown keep each stage visible.
Choose an automatic trigger mode, or manually start and stop a wash-sequence demonstration.
Trigger a wash sequence by the selected pressure difference or time condition, balancing filter condition with scheduled cleaning.
Interactive illustration · Not the actual device interface
Runs only in your browser and connects to no equipment. Sample pressures and accelerated timing are not device specifications.
− / + select a channel · OK starts/stops · Settings changes mode · Back resets
Demo stopped. Channel 1 selected.
The original device uses physical keys and does not enable touch operation. Browser buttons demonstrate the control logic here; the screen is an illustrative redesign.
03 / Planned new platform
An ESP32-S3 controller paired with a separate in-house LoRa module is planned.
Clear paths for nearby setup, hotspot updates and local-network management.
Planned Bluetooth connection for setting parameters and viewing device status.
Planned connection to a phone's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi hotspot for firmware updates.
A gateway is planned to provide web control and OTA access.
These are development plans for the new platform. LoRa requires a compatible gateway; internet access is provided by that gateway or a phone hotspot. This connectivity-upgrade plan does not include 4G.
04 / Retain and improve
Ten pulse-valve outputs run through open, backwash, close and pause stages.
Timer, differential pressure, combined pressure + timer, and auto-off modes, with manual backwash control.
P1/P2 and differential pressure, stage countdowns, wash statistics, parameter storage, RTC and RS485.
Clearer information, a five-key control area and a separate wiring compartment.
BLE app-based setup and Wi-Fi OTA through a phone hotspot are planned.
A separate wireless module and local-network gateway are planned for web control and OTA.
05 / Design specifications
The F6 version available for sale and the planned platform upgrade are presented separately. Confirm power, valve interfaces, pressure sensors and protection requirements before ordering.
