A6 In-pipe visual pressure sensor

A6 · Side-view imaging · White light · Independent pressure sensing

See inside the pipe.
Observe changes directly.

Inserted through a tee branch, its side-view camera faces the target valve. White-light illumination and local water-pressure sensing support on-site review after remote operation.

Available for sale · Selection enquiries welcome

For selection, specify medium and water quality, pipe size and connection, pressure range, power and video integration requirements.

Bring the view inside the pipe.

A pipe cutaway shows the side-view camera, two white-light windows and separate pressure-sensing face in position.

Video overlays and source design downloads retain their original language. English subtitles are provided.

A6,
Start with the site's needs.

The external electronics enclosure is separated from the in-pipe optical and pressure-sensing faces. Select for installation and integration needs; assess visibility for the actual medium and operating conditions.

Image observation
Side-view pinhole camera for local in-pipe conditions and a target valve
Illumination
Two white-light windows above and below the lens, with optical separation; imaging in turbid water requires verification
Water-pressure sensing
An independent pressure-sensing face contacts the medium at the installation point
Installation arrangement
Threaded insertion through a tee branch; confirm orientation and sealing for the pipe and selected version
Power & data
One external connection; confirm connector, protocol and video link for the selected version

Align the camera
with the target valve.

Insert through a tee branch with the electronics head outside and a short probe in the flow path. Observation requires a direct line of sight. Do not infer valve state through bends, pipe walls or other obstructions.

Understand the product.
Then confirm the details.

A6 in-pipe visual pressure sensors are available for sale. Confirm power, video integration, installation interface, pressure range and viewing conditions before ordering. Specifications follow the agreed version and order. Cutaways, water and light cones illustrate position and viewing direction; they are not measured footage.

Can A6 operate a valve?

A6 provides observation and pressure sensing; it is not a valve actuator. It complements products such as A5 in application purpose, but this does not establish communication or video-integration compatibility.

Does a pressure reading prove a valve is fully sealed?

No. Pressure at a measurement point is not flow, and cannot alone prove that a valve seals or a pipe is leak-free. Review the imagery, measurement location and actual operating conditions together.

Can live video be transmitted over LoRa?

This page makes no commitment to video transmission over LoRa. Confirm the video connection and network conditions before ordering. Compatibility with other valve-control equipment is not assumed.

Does stronger lighting guarantee clear images in turbid water?

No. Turbidity, bubbles, reflections, deposits and viewing distance all affect visibility. Illumination, optical separation, window cleaning and thermal design require verification.
