Use case: product-mockup
Asset type: premium industrial design concept board for a pipe-interior visual and pressure sensor, landscape 3:2.
Primary request: Design a NEW compact A6 in-pipe visual pressure sensor for smart agricultural irrigation. It combines a tiny camera, strong WHITE full-color illumination and a separate water-pressure sensing interface. It inserts through a top threaded tee branch of the pipeline, like a pipe measurement probe. It is not a valve actuator and it does not drive the valve.
Input images: Image 1 is COLOR AND MATERIAL FAMILY REFERENCE ONLY (A5 white/orange actuator). Do not copy its large actuator housing, valve-position pointer, reducer or controls. Create a much smaller slender sensing instrument.
Product ID: A small warm-white satin obround capsule dry electronics head with soft shoulders, compact refined proportions, clean simple molding surfaces, a thin vivid safety-orange band at the bottom, dark-gray collar. One tiny green status light, small "A6" marking, no screen and no buttons. A single black sealed power/data cable connector exits the back of the dry head. Beneath it is a real stainless-steel hexagonal threaded process fitting, then a short smooth stainless immersion probe. Head looks approximately twice the probe diameter, with a low clean profile rather than a giant bulb.
Wet sensing geometry: Near the rounded bottom of the immersion probe, one small flat vertical side facet faces ALONG the pipe axis when installed. On this side-looking facet there is one tiny central dark pinhole camera behind a flush flat optical window, and two separate bright white LED windows above and below the lens. Dark optical isolation dividers separate the camera and LED windows to reduce reflections. The camera looks horizontally down the pipe at a nearby valve, not upward out of the pipe and not down into the pipe floor. A separate small flush circular metal pressure diaphragm is on an adjacent wet side of the probe, visible in the tip detail. It is distinct from the camera window, exposed to water outside the dry head. All electrical parts are enclosed; no bare PCB, wires or exposed screw terminals in water.
Composition: white warm studio background, precise premium soft shadows, restrained Chinese typography, editorial industrial design board. Left 60% one large three-quarter hero of the complete detached A6 sensor, upright with slight tilt to show head/hex fitting/probe side optical face clearly. Right upper one smaller installation view: same exact A6 inserted vertically through the top threaded boss of a compact metal tee on a short horizontal opaque dark-gray water pipe. The wetted probe is naturally inside and hidden in that external view, the dry head and process fitting remain outside. Right lower one clean enlarged closeup of the wetted probe end, showing tiny camera, two white LED windows and separate pressure diaphragm in three-quarter view. Keep exactly the same head and probe geometry in all three views. No transparent or exploded internals.
Text (verbatim): title "A6 管内可视压力传感器"; subtitle "管内实时查看 · 白光全彩补光 · 水压检测"; small callouts "针孔摄像机", "白光补光窗", "独立压力感测面"; corner note "外观概念 · 型号暂定".
Constraints: Make compact, refined, visible in the field and inexpensive-looking to mold without decorative parts. No RGB lights, no red infrared illumination, no huge security camera lens, no solar panel on the sensor, no external antenna, no wireless protocol labels, no numeric dimensions, no pressure ratings, no IP or certification marks, no measurement readouts, no flow-meter paddle or impeller, no A5 valve-actuator controls. Do not print 4G/LoRa specifications. Original A6 sensor industrial design with coherent white-orange family identity.
